Try italian ice-cream at Sambil Mall in Santo Domingo. One ball - 100 pesos. Pricy but delicious.

Cherry/Cereza
Dominican cherry, very tasty. Made a great juice. Highly recommend to try: jugo de cereza (very sweet, with pulp, the best I've tried apart from mango juice that is number one).

A day in Bayahibe
Beautiful white sand beaches, sea birds and Dominican style houses. Nice evening spent in Bayahibe.
